Refunds

Email aneeshgajula19@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout. Include the report URL. Refunds are handled by hand. There is no automatic refund button.

$9 Fix Report

If the report did not help, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment. After the refund, that report is locked again.

$29 10-pack

A 10-pack is ten credits at $2.90 each. A refund covers the credits you have not used, and those unused credits are removed from the email. Credits already spent on a report are not refunded. Example: three credits used and seven left means a refund of $20.30, and the seven remaining credits are removed.
